Payment is required at the time of check out unless otherwise arranged. PayPal is preferred but I will accept Google Checkout. Both are secure for both buyer and seller. They accept all major credit cards and your information will never be seen by me.
I ask that payment be submitted within 3 days of your purchase. I will be glad to work with you if you need longer to pay. Please message me. I cannot emphasize this enough that if payment is not received within the 3 day time frame and you have not requested more time, the transaction will be cancelled!
There is a 50% deposit required on bulk orders.
I will ship within 72 hours after receiving payment with the exception of 'made to order' items. 'Made to order' items will be shipped within the stated time period detailed in the listing description after receiving payment.
Any order shipped within the US of $100.00 or more gets free shipping.
All orders are shipped Priority with delivery confirmation which is reflected in the shipping price.
Insurance is by request of buyer and will be subject to additional charge. Insurance is available by request of buyer at 1.70 per 50.00 increment of purchase, the price increases according to value past 50.00.
Shipping will be negotiated on customized and Bulk orders.
Purchase of Patterns and Kits are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. In other words, it's a done deal at the time of purchase.
Due to the nature of my business, I do not offer refunds on any item. If you wish to return an item (with the exception of patterns and kits as mentioned above), it must be returned in the same condition as you received it. I will glady offer you an in store credit. You may choose another item from my store of equal price.

Customized orders are very welcomed and any item listed can be made in a different color. Just convo me with your color request and I will confirm availability of that color.
